Witte Borneo Kratom verbetert vooral alle zintuigen. Het versterkt daarmee volgens gebruikers het concentratievermogen. Het zicht op onder andere werk wordt scherper en een veel gehoord woord bij gebruikers van deze witte kratom is ‘focus’. Die is bij een lage dosering overigens beter dan bij een hoge.

Alle kratoms hebben min of meer dezelfde eigenschappen. De verschillen ontstaan onder andere door de grond waar de bomen groeien, de verwerking van de bladeren en dergelijke. Bij deze witte kratom valt dus vooral de zintuiglijke werking op. Dat effect laat zich gemakkelijk versterken door de kratom te gebruiken of mixen met bijvoorbeeld sinaasappelsap.
De gunstige werking blijkt bij een lage dosering al plaats te vinden. Een onderzoek meldt al over effecten bij een verhouding van 20 mg kratom per kilogram lichaamsgewicht.
Gebruik: Bereid een kopje thee van dit kruidenpreparaat door 4 tot 5 gram op te lossen in gekookt water 70 – 95 graden. Aan te raden tijd om te trekken is tussen 3 tot 5 minuten. De thee hoeft niet gefilterd te worden, alles kan geconsumeerd worden.
Waarschuwing:
Verkoop en gebruik onder de 18 jaar niet toegestaan. Buiten bereik van kinderen bewaren. Niet gebruiken bij hoge of lage bloeddruk, hart- en/of longklachten, diabetes, zwangerschap, bij gebruik van medicijnen, drugs of alcohol.

Dosering:
Naast je eigen lichaamsgewicht en gevoeligheid, hangt de dosering ook erg af van de sterkte van de kratom. Normaal gesproken zou 5-10 gram gedroogde bladeren voldoende moeten zijn voor onervaren gebruikers. De dosering kan iets lager met kratompoeder, dat meestal sterker is dan gewone bladeren (3-5 gram). Ditzelfde geldt voor extract. Kratom is niet verslavend als het verantwoordelijk wordt gebruikt en niet vaker dan één à twee keer per maand. Meer ervaren gebruikers zullen na enige tijd de behoefte voelen om de dosering te verhogen.
Kratom in hogere dosering neigt sterk naar kalmerende effecten, ongeacht welke soort wordt gebruikt.
