Dosering:
Naast je eigen lichaamsgewicht en gevoeligheid, hangt de dosering ook erg af van de sterkte van de kratom. Normaal gesproken zou 5-10 gram gedroogde bladeren voldoende moeten zijn voor onervaren gebruikers. De dosering kan iets lager met kratomliquids, dat meestal sterker is dan gewone bladeren (5-10 ml). Ditzelfde geldt voor extract. Kratom is niet verslavend als het verantwoordelijk wordt gebruikt en niet vaker dan één à twee keer per maand. Meer ervaren gebruikers zullen na enige tijd de behoefte voelen om de dosering te verhogen.
