    Netto-inhoud Capsules: 535mg
    Aanbevolen dosering: 1 tot 5 capsules voor het gewenste effect.
    Dosering:
    Naast je eigen lichaamsgewicht en gevoeligheid, hangt de dosering ook erg af van de sterkte van de kratom. Normaal gesproken zou 5-10 gram gedroogde bladeren voldoende moeten zijn voor onervaren gebruikers. De dosering kan iets lager met kratom poeder, dat meestal sterker is dan gewone bladeren (3-5 gram). Ditzelfde geldt voor extract. Kratom is niet verslavend als het verantwoordelijk wordt gebruikt en niet vaker dan één à twee keer per maand. Meer ervaren gebruikers zullen na enige tijd de behoefte voelen om de dosering te verhogen.
    Omdat de capsules een extract zijn van het Mitraguna speciosa kruid zullen de effecten ook vele malen sterker zijn.
